Yeah, I know, I just wore this shirt last Friday, but I wanted to take advantage of the mild temperatures this week to wear it one more time this season without a top layer. With the tension of Election Day upon us, being wrapped in rabbits seemed like a good idea. I decided that whatever color the rabbits are, they should work OK with a grey support act.

I had also taken advantage of a buy one, get one 50% off sale on necklaces to purchase this messy-pile-of-fake-pearls necklace, which is a type that I have liked on other people. It's going to be my go-to choice for a while, I think.
This grey otter mini rex was difficult to photograph because he was so active--constantly moving around the cage. In this shot, I caught him just as his front legs started to go into motion but while the rest of him was momentarily still. But I understand--this election season has been enough to make anyone jumpy.
In other news...This election agony is getting to me. Time to call it a night and see if I can sleep with the specter of a Trump victory hanging over us.

I wish I could sleep through it. Luckily (?) being on the west coast it's not as late here. I was truly optimistic earlier today. Unbelievable.
